The roof tie-in decides everything
Where a new roof meets an old one is the most likely place for an addition to leak. We are roofers first, so that intersection gets framed and flashed correctly rather than patched.
Living in the house while we build
We stage the work so the house stays livable, keep the site cleaned up, and tell you ahead of time about the days that will be disruptive.

That is the goal on every addition. We carry the siding, trim and roofing details across and tie the roofline in so the new space reads as original.
Do you handle everything from footings to finish?
Yes. Footings, framing, roofing, exterior and interior finish are all handled by our own crew.
Can you add on to an older home?
Yes. A lot of our addition work is on older Northeast Indiana houses, where measuring what is actually there matters more than the drawing.
