GNG Roofing & Construction is an Amish-owned business that has been working out of Grabill for more than three decades.
We answer our own phones. We show up to our own estimates. The same name on the truck is the name on the warranty. We do not subcontract the work and disappear. Roofing, custom builds, additions and remodels are all handled by people we know and trained ourselves, because that is the only way we know how to stand behind a 10-year warranty without flinching.
The crew that does our roofing work, builds custom homes, puts up pole barns and handles remodels was trained in the trade within the family, not hired off a general labor pool. How We Work
Every job runs through the same sequence. We look at the work in person, measure it, and write an estimate that covers the full scope so nothing gets added later that was not priced in.
On a roof, that means a full tear-off down to the deck, repairs to any rotted decking, synthetic underlayment with ice and water shield at the eaves and valleys, flashing detailed at walls and chimneys, then the new roof installed to manufacturer specification.
We haul the old material away, run a magnetic sweep of the yard and driveway for stray nails, then walk the finished work with you and go over the warranty in writing.
