Water first, finishes second
Any hard surface next to a house changes where rain goes. We look at the grade and the gutters before we build, because an outdoor space that pushes water at your foundation is not worth having.
It should look like part of the house
Columns, ceilings and rooflines over a patio are framing and roofing work. We build them so they read as original, not bolted on.
