Where the deck meets the house
Most deck problems start at the ledger, where the deck attaches to the house. We flash that connection correctly so water is not running into the framing behind your siding.
Built by the crew that roofs and frames
The same carpenters who frame additions build the decks. Joists are spaced for the decking, footings are set below frost, and the railing is put together to be leaned on.

Do you build composite decks?
Yes. Composite decking is a common choice on our decks, and we will walk you through the tradeoffs against wood.
Can you replace a deck but keep the framing?
Only if the framing is sound. We check the footings, joists and ledger first and tell you honestly what can stay.
Do you build the stairs and railing too?
Yes. Stairs, landings and railing are part of the work.
