What Is Included
The Work This Covers
Asphalt Shingle Roofing
Architectural shingle roofs installed to manufacturer specification, with underlayment, ice and water shield at the eaves and valleys, and flashing detailed at every wall, chimney and vent.
Metal Roofing
Standing seam and panel metal roofing for houses, additions, porches and pole barns, including metal accents over entries and bays.
Roof Replacement
Full tear-off down to the deck. Nothing gets roofed over, and the old material leaves with us.
Roof Repair
Leak tracing, flashing repair, valley and vent work, and shingle replacement where a full roof is not what the house needs yet.
Free Roof Inspections
We walk the roof and the attic, check the decking and ventilation, and tell you plainly whether you are looking at a repair or a replacement.
Storm and Hail Damage, Insurance Claims
We inspect after storms, document what we find, and work with your insurance claim on hail and wind damage.

The roof comes off before the new one goes on
Every layer of old roofing comes off so we can see the wood underneath. Rotted or soft decking gets repaired or replaced before any new material goes down. That is the part nobody sees from the driveway and it is the part that decides how long a roof lasts.
Shingle or metal, we will tell you straight
You see real samples and we walk the tradeoffs for your roof, your budget and how long you plan to own the house. Pitch, exposure and the shape of the roof all matter, so the answer is not the same on every house.
Cleanup is part of the job
We haul the debris away and run a magnetic sweep of the yard and driveway for stray nails, then walk the finished roof with you and go over the 10-year craftsmanship warranty in writing.

How long does a roof replacement take?
Most single-family roof replacements take one to three working days once the crew is on site. Steeper pitches, multiple layers of old shingles and bad decking add time, and your written estimate gives a specific schedule for your house before we start.
Do you charge for a roof inspection or estimate?
No. Roof inspections and written estimates are free, including after a storm.
Do you work with insurance on storm and hail damage?
Yes. We inspect the roof, document the damage we find and work with your insurance claim on hail and wind damage.
What is covered by the 10-year craftsmanship warranty?
Our craftsmanship warranty covers the workmanship on the roof we installed for 10 years. We go over it with you in writing at the final walkthrough.
